SANA Rex Hotel

The Sana Rex Hotel was surprising experience after two other hotels in Portugal! Friendship, the level of cleaning, peaceful place and very nice Apartomentos! Good breakfast and ambience is perfect! Nothing negativ to say, so I hope the others would like to spend as good time as we had. Only one thing could be better: our daughter like to swim in swimming-pool many hours during a day, so water could be warmer... but on the other side, water was very clean.. :) Thanks a lot! The city is very nice, both ancient and new area. The ancient area keeps it's historical, romantic, cozy "smell" and the new part is speking about boldness, trust and futuristical vision of life. The arhitecture is splendid. I do recomend this city to be visited.

Also, when I gave my parents a stay at SANA Rex as a part of their 40-birthday- marriage-celebration in October 2007, you were very helpfull and gave them exellent service. The Hotel is quite well located (even though not too close to the next metro station) and very clean. The accommodation was a bit too small and had not enough room for the luggage.

	The reception staff: unhelpful, cold and arrogant approaching. The last day they charge extras (phone calls and frigo bar) they hardly could explain and only after we asked for a receipt. And for two quick calls they charged us almost 20 euros!

Nice, but we got a very small room, even for two.

	The room was very small, we where suposed to stay for a week, but changend hotel because of the room. One of the staff was very nice and wanted us to change romm, but reception was not so helpfull
