The hotel's in a great position within easy reach of all the major tourist attractions,it has to be said though that it is on the fringe of the "lady of the night" area shall we say, although not threatening at all some people may be put off. Our room was pretty spacious - we booked a double but had a triple (1 double and 1 single bed)which came in handy for dumping things on! Breakfast was a varied affair with plenty to choose from - cereals, fruit salad, croissants, cold meats and lots of little cakes, I was impressed considering the price. The only negative points would be the strange smell that eminated from the bathroom (wasn't bad enought to warrant complaining - but that might just be me being British!) and there was a bit of noise from the pipework in the mornings, overall pleasantly surprised.

	I liked the central location and the varied choice of breakfast.

Very nice hotel, in the heart of Lisboa, it is not luxurious but very confortable for its price. No complaints at all. I am sure that if I go back to Lisboa I will stay again there.

	The proce and the confort. The breakfast was nice as well.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfasts were very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was great for being near the things we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay.

	We were with another couple and we really enjoyed your city and surrounding area.
	When the cab dropped us off, we were a little nervous as the street entrance and markings are not so good but in no way, indicate how nice it is inside.

The deskmanagers were so helpfull. They helped us find a restaurant newyearseve. When I got sick, they went to a restaurant with me to get some plaine rice, because the restaurantowner didn´t understand me. Get a room at 3. or 4. floor then you will have a great view of the castle. Beautiful at night. It is situated very good in the center but it is at quiet street. The hookers in the street are harmless.They took no notice of us.

It's a great hotel with friendly and responsive staff, always the feeling of coming home

Comfortable, renewed and with good location downtown of Lisbon, at a fair price.

Small but clean room/bathroom. Hotel is situated in the redlight district which was unclear to us when booking. Whilst this was not great, the location was very convenient to all the areas that we wanted to see. The staff where friendly and helpful

	Location with regard to prostitutes, however good location for seeing the town.
