We only stayed one night but all the staff were very friendly and efficient & the rooms was large, clean and well stocked for all our needs.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, I can't fault the service or the acccommodation. A pleasant walk into the lively city centre, or there is a bus stop right outside. A 20 minute walk takes you to the new shopping centre. There is a small parade of shops across the road with a bank, convenience store, and off licence.

	The staff were really friendly and happy to oblige with any requests. The room itself was great, the decor was lovely and everything was scrupulously clean. Ideally situated for our break, not far from anything.
	No, we are planning a return visit to Limerick, and plan to stay there again

We've stayed in Patrick Punches twice now and both times we have found the staff welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, anytime we had a query they seemed happy to help and solved any lilttle problems we had.

	We really enjoyed the restaurant 'Dish' and the bar, very warm and welcoming. Everywhere is clean and all staff were friendly towards us

We are a young married couple who stopped for one night. Very impressed with the whole hotel particularly the room & facilities. The only problem is that there is no room service! The bar had also stopped serving food which meant we were forced outside the hotel where we were shouted at by youths hanging around the bus stop. However, I don't think it was personal - every passer by got a blast.

very happy with the stay in the hotel. The staff were excellent and the bar and restaurant are very good. While located atbout 15 minutes walk from town there was no problem getting taxis and there is a bus stop outside the door. All of my group said they will definately be back to stay again.
