Hotel Binnenhof

Our stay at the Hotel was nice and confortable!

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. I found it quite expensive. Normally I would have chosen a cheaper place but there was no other vacant room in Leuven. I disposed of a large room. A weak point: the heating system was very noisy (extremely noisy) at night. I suggested the reception to check for air in the pipes, but they probably did not; I did not notice any improvment the second night.

A pleasant hotel excellently located, clean and quiet. Excellent value for money. Nothing fancy or pretentious. Free access internet terminal in the foyer - proved very useful. Unfortunately, our car was broken into while parked in the hotel´s own garage. The hotel staff and owners were extremely helpful (and apologetic) and made the necessary phone calls to arrange to have the broken window repaired, and also paid the taxi fares I incurred in going to and from the police. This was exemplary service in a very difficult situation. The linguistic skills of the staff are very impressive.

	Friendly helpful staff. Hotel very quiet. Clean room of a good size. Magnificent breakfast buffet with many healthy choices. Hotel very conveniently located for the town centre and station.
	negative was that the garage was a communal garage that was permanently open and accessible to all with no gates or barriers. The owners are attempting to improve CCTV surveillance.

IT was centrally situated within easy reach of the bus lines and trains. The room was clean and comfortable, would certainly use the hotel again should I be in Leuven again and can recommend it without hesitation.
