Ramada Encore

I really appreciated having my requests provided for so graciously by your staff. The room (130)was very spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay.

	The friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness and service.
	The noise after 12 when cuctomers were causing a racket in the carpark area. The cost of the third night was rather expensive for Letterkenny £135 . I felt a better rate could have been applied as it was the third night of my stay.

I stayed here when i went down to letterkenny for the weekend.i found it overall a very good hotel.we ate in the hotel and the food was reasonable and very tasty.

The hotel seemed very new, was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful in the main. The bedroom was excellent - very spacious and the bed comfortable. We found the breakfast to be excellent value for money - it is a buffet but there is also staff there to help if needed and the food was fresh. If I was going to Letterkenny again I would stay at the hotel - can't really say more to recommend it than that.

	Lovely rooms and friendly staff - hotel is clean throughout and the food we had was excellent.
	The fan is on constantly in the bathroom which is a little disconcerting at first - although it cannot be heard if the bathroom door is closed so it is not a big problem. Showers are great but the bathroom is designed as a wet room so just be prepared for a wet bathroom floor after your shower. All that said it was a great hotel.

Hi my time at ramada encore was very pleasent. Although only a short stay staff were nice, bar was nice, location was very good and my overall thoughts are that ramada encore is a lovely clean trendy modern hotel.

	i think the menu in the resturant was a bit limited
