Park Plaza Leeds

Excellent location.Three minutes from the railway station and central for all amenities.We ordered room service for breakfast for 7 to 7.30am as we needed to leave the hotel at 8am. We had to call room service at 7.40am and breakfast did not arrive until 7.50am. Too Late but the hotel refunded the £5 service charge. Room far to hot. The temperature could not be turned down below 19c.Good value for money on the deal we booked.

	Location, room style, friendly staff.

We had twin beds, not a double, the tap leaked in the sink onto the floor, there was no mirror in the actual bedroom and when I told the night staff, nothing was done. When I mentioned it again in the morning, the girl said our beds should have been sorted and apologised but didn't offer any reduction in price of the room and we weren't given a car parking voucher either!!!

	Clean and good position

Thank you for an enjoyable weekend, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Will look forward to staying with you again. Keep up the excellent work.

relaxing and enjoyable

I will never stay in this hotel again it did not offer value for money and decor was very MFI I have stayed in other hotels in Leeds at the same cost which I felt offer better value for money in terms of comfort and style. I also found the so called fantastic views very disappointing.
