Preston Cross Hotel

I have only two reservations. I think the rooms are slightly overpriced, and I was not always satisfied with the manner of the bar staff, which I felt was rather abrupt. On the other hand, the receptionist (Dobrawa?)was very helpful. As the location is useful to me, I would consider returning. William Harcourt

	Location and gardens

convenient simple straightforward and ok.

	Parking close to the door, heater in the room, relaxed atmosphere.
	Kitchen smells going up to the rooms.

As I did have not stayed in your hotel I cannot give it a rating but I did ask our overseas Clients how they felt. Their comments to me were that the Preston Cross is a very good hotel, comfortable and reasonably priced, but more expensive than the same in mainland Europe. The location was excellent with regard to reaching our offices in Leatherhead. As an administrator and often in charge of booking accommodation I have over the last ten years or more always recommended the Preston Cross and of course I have visited the premises so I am aware of what a pleasant and friendly hotel it is.
