I would not rate the Hotel as a 5* Hotel (No more than 4*)

	Situated in the nice park. Exercise-room, saunas and swimmingpool In-door/out-door bar-area
	AC almost does not work Restaurant less than average. Both food and service. Staff should be better in English speaking

we have stayed here a no. of times, an old building obviously some refurbishments more difficult eg bathrooms not well ventilated may be difficult to do otherwise refurb in circumstances we think good and general ambience pleasant and spa. excellent

The man (and lady) in the reseption during daytime spoke a poor English and was not pleasent at all. The couple during nigh time gave a very good service.

I would give the hotel high marks in all the above categories. I did not check the "sixes" in the box above; they just appeared. I prefer not to use the numbers scale. The hotel was fine; no big complaints.

	The bellhops and doormen were very friendly and helpful.
