Appart'hôtel Archipel

While our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, however I had reason to contact the hotel on the day after our stay. We left the hotel on Friday 22/8/08 and I rang the hotel on Sat 23/8/08 informing them that I left 2 items of clothing in a wardrobe in the hotel room 2 in which we were staying. I was told that there were no items of clothing collected by the cleaning staff. I rang again on Sunday morning and I spoke to a lady who took my phone number and told me that she would check with the cleaning staff. I rang again on Sunday afternoon and spoke to the same man as I spoke to on Sat night and he again told me in a very forceful manner that they did not have my clothes. I presume that I was talking to the manager who I found very rude and unhelpful. My clothes were worth €100 and must have been taken by a member of the cleaning staff. The female member of staff who I spoke to gave me the impression that they would send the clothes on to me by post but the manager was very agressive and dismissive. He refused to even check the room to see if the clothes were still there.

	It was close to the old port. It was clean,comfortable and had a pool
	The manager was not very helpful. The pool should be heated.

It was central. It was easy to find. I liked the entrance. The room was a bit too minimalistic for my liking, but i expect it was ment to be modern.
