Brilliant hotel close to shops. The best I've stayed at in the region.

Comfort constricted due to: Arriving at around midnight I could not access my room as the key did not work! Had to wait for staff opening the door for me.

Getting no access to my room was disappointing. |

The Regent hotel is known as The Millenium hotel. The location is good, the shopping malls are on your door steps. The room was nice, new room, new tv and free high speed internet access. It's value for money.

Staffs are smiley and friendly and helpful all the time. I remember when we went for breakfast in the hotel, they always make us so happy, very good service, nice and chatty staff .... everything's just so amazing. |

I can't think of anything that i don't like about the hotel. |
