everything was really perfect only if for breakfast you put some healthier food (low collestrol) would be mutch better . also after my booking my flight changed and two days before my reservation i emailed to notify and change it for one day later (instead of may -4 to be may-5 )but unfortunately day did,nt do that .

	when i am staying at the hotel and idecide to contiue more there should be automatically renew at the same rate not to be in force to go through internet again

The Swiss hotel was great and would certainly visit again in good time.

	All the staff were pleasant & Helpful

A Very handy position. Staff very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast very good, a good selection. Room was clean, very adaquate. But, Although the bathrooms seemed to have been refurbished, and were very attractive, the shower leaked onto the floor every time it was used and the bath plug wouldnt hold any water. The toilet often took a few flushes to empty the bowl.

	convenience, 2 bedroom areas for family, pool area, clean and very confortable with fittings and bathroom that all worked

we stayed 3 nights in the Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur. well, the room service was not really good, the room that i booked was the smoking room, but there's not ashtray in there.....i inform the counter to give a service, but they ignored it. The floor was not cleaned by the staffs. And only the first night we have two bottles of water. It was terrible.

	Generally, the hotel gives a bad impression.
