Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur

As first-time visitors to KL we experienced the Corus as a very good hotel, very well situated. We enjoyed staying in the Corus and will recommend the hotel to our friends in South Africa. The person arranging for the taxi to and from the airport was very helpfull and friendly.

Friendly efficient welcome even though I was late. Pleasant room but there was a building site next door which had randomly loud machine noise until the early hours of the morning. I got v little sleep and when I called to complain, the receptionist said she would call back and then didn't. The next morning I was told the contruction should stop at 8pm and the hotel had written to the authorities. Although it says there's internet access in the room, this is only for some floors. It wasn't in mine, the business centre didn't cater for laptop connection and I chose not to move rooms (my mistake as it might have helped with the noise!) luckily the hotel is so close to the towers I could go to the free internet in Starbucks.

Its convenient,especially the location..Nothing much.

	Only the cleanliness of the hotel.
	The main reception staff is not friendly enough,shld have attend courses how to serve guest in a professional way..

Overall, no issue except for the shortage of counter personnel

	Convenient to KL Twin Tower

I liked this hotel in a great postion Next door to K Avenue where you can catch the LRT and get about town. also almost next door to the Twin Towers where you can catch local buses and also get around town cheaply. Across the road are some local Asian eating places all cheaper than the hotel and great also a small shopping centre the locals use. I enjoyed my stay, staff very nice, loved the pool and steam room and sauna Plenty of places to eat in Avenue K also, all so close but you have to get out and take a look for yourself. Hotel has good resturaunts and access to taxis etc.

	I came directly to the hotel from Singapore on the Aeroline bus very convenient and a liked the position of the hotel have an open mind and get out and mix the locals around the place dont just stick to the expensive touristy places you miss the best and cheapest food and transport and meet nice people also.
	Limited cable TV would like more channells to pick from and more comlimenatry tean and coffee after first two sachets you pay that was disappointing but not the end of the world rooms a bit old but done up nicely

the only problem that i faced during my stay is that when i bathe, the bath tub always gets stucka and the water does not flow out fast. so this was not a pleasing thing for me to bathe everyday in as the shower is in the tub.
