New, clean, good idea with the swimming pool on the top floor with a nice view.

Very comfortable room. Efficent and friendly staff, very helpful from reception to bar to dining room went out of their way to help us in any way they could.Very quick both booking in and booking out no delays.

Overall a very good hotel. A bit far to the old town and the city (25 minutes walk)but close to the jewish district. The breakfast was delicious.

Clean quite nice newish hotel with rather small rooms. Finnish Sauna and Turkish bath were excellent as well as pool and swirl pool. Slippers compulsory in bath area but the ones offered by hotel were miserable. Breakfast was good but quite skeletal. Beds were very comfortable. Big minus for TV channels, actually for foreign visitors there were no reasonable choices. No bathrope and no slippers in rooms. Location was very nice at the river shore near Kazimierz and also walking distance to old town (25-30 min).

magnific hotel, and great atention to traveller.

nicely placed not far from the city centre in a quiet surroundings, very modern, rooms spacious enough, the only drawbacks: uncomfortable pillows and coarse towels and the accommodation staff knocking at the door 3 times on the day of departure, although do not disturbed sign was hung and late check -out requested (and paid for)

a very good hotel

Very nice, new and excelent hotel. I was freezing in my room during my first business stay at winter. Stuff tried but couldn't help. However the hotel is so nice that I had to "forgive" it especially after my second stay with my girlfriend during spring. Hotel is not in the center, 5-10 minutes by taxi. The pool and rooms are so nice that I'll stay there again in the future.

	Very new everything, all small details are perfect both in hotel rooms or outside, nice stuff, very nice pool and nice food.
	It was too cold during winter. There are no proper hand weights in the fittness room although a series of hand weights is very cheap.
