We liked you hotel very much and felt very much at home during our stay because of the friendliness of your staff, the decor and general ambience. Also liked the breakfast room and found selection of food excellent. Perhaps the cooked breakfasts could be better organised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Your staff (Carolena, Agneskia, Andrew and everyone at reception) were so friendly and helpful in every way it certainly helped to make our break in Cracow all the more enjoyable. Our bedroom was perfect, lots of storage space, bed very comfortable and heating and bathroom very adequate. |

The only thing we did not like was the cupboard with washandbasin in the corner of our bedroom. Somehow it just did not fit into the decor which was otherwise so tasteful. |
