The hotel, staff, room and location was very good, we have no complaints. The staff were very helpful when needing taxi's etc and always very polite.

We had a wonderful short break in Krakow. The Kazimierz district is just perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Hotel Rubinstein is a beautiful hotel, very friendly helpful staff and great restaurant.

very nice hotel, good athmosphere huge rooms

It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel and made our first trip to Poland truly supberb. A wonderful venue. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Unpretentious.


  • Everything. A special point was the totally unexpected birthday cake left in the room for my mother for her 82nd birthday.
