Hotel RT Monopol

To small rooms, staff was looking more PC than the people coming on reception, also the staff at breakfast could be more active, cleanliness - carpet on the room was dirty, the room was small for two person, on the other side the bar was very nice

	Location - was very good to reach the old town beauty

excellent base for exploring Krakow, room was clean and had everything required to make our stay comfortable,

	complimentary bottled mineral water was left in our room every day, and beds always freshly made up every day,
	the bar did not cater for guests after 12pm

We made a very pleasant trip in a beautiful town

	The hotel location is great. 10 minutes walk from the big market place and from the Wavel castle. The hotel is quiet and clean.
	Only one. The lack of air conditioning. Krakow in July could be very hot

Our stay was out of the hotel because the room was not available at our arrival; we have really appreciated the RT organisation, the staff have supplied us a very nice accomodation in Market square. Our stay in Krakow was really lovely.

It was very nice trip.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful, the breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.The beds were a bit hard and we had a windown out onto the main street that was a bit noisy because of the tram, but otherwise, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable although the rooms were a bit small. Location was very good with only a short walk to the market square.

	Would like to see more varied cooked breakfast rather than the scrambled eggs on offer
