Excellent location for this hotel and great value for money We upgraded to a superior room and had excellent views of the castle and the river We went to the Salt mines and Auschwitz Krakow is beautiful and we will be back

	staff took ages in the bar and restaurant to be served

Very helpful staff made us feel welcome. We were disappointed with the room allocated and this was changed the next day as soon as an alternative was vacant. We were given room 407 which was very bright with windows on two sides looking over the castle and river. We could recommend this room for the great views and more spacious feel.

	Sauna was very welcome after a cold wet day out sightseeing. Hotel transfer taxi was great a printed sign with our name waiting for us in the arrival hall...made for a very civilised transfer.
	We were disappointed with the prices of drinks in the bar (16 ZL) for a glass of wine!
