clean quiet hotel,all mod cons, good helpful staff, the breakfast could have been better due to us being english and fussy eaters.Very good location

	We had to change rooms due to noise from the people in the adjoining room but the staff were excellent and relocated us the same night

Lovely hotel, situated in a quiet backstreet in the beautiful former jewish quarter of Kazimierz. Only a minutes walk away from Plac Nowy and Szeroka Street with a large variety of pubs, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from Wawel Castle and the Old Town (tram station nearby as well). Rooms very spacious, comfortable and clean (although rooms on the top floor will probably be quite hot in summer due to lack of air-condition), very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, good (kosher) breakfast and a nice little pub in the basement. Overall highly recommended.

A fine, simple hotel. Comfortable feeling, would choose to go back if travelling to Krakow in the future.

	Reception staff was helpfull, rooms were clean, good beds, renewed bathrooms, breakfast with fresh fruits and vegies
	Some streetnoise when the window was open at night. But to resolve if windows are kept close.

A very good place to stay and to visit the town. The staff was very nice.
