Hotel Columbus

A lovely hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Changed our room without question as they originally gave us a room overlooking front of hotel on busy road. By far the best hotel I have come accross in krakow> Clean, modern- very well appointed rooms. Just could have done with tea/coffee facilities in room.

Straight away after your first letter I wrote our review. I am sending it now without changing anything in the content. It seems, I am unable to write the report about our stay in Hotel Clumbus in Krakkow because when I click on the website you suggested, it displays "invalid token" and I cannot proceed. Otherwise, our stay in Hotel Columbus was very pleasant, the staff was nice, very amiable, supporting and ready to help. The room was comfortable equipped with all the amenities a guest can expect. Both the hotel building and the room are in very good condition. A special experience were the breakfasts, the food excellent and the young waitress lady paid a very tight and excellent attention to all that was going on in the breakfast room, she came and went every minute and she at once supplied/replaced the food or drink the guests may have consumed (which is not always so in other places). We were very happy and satisfied to notice that together with my wife (not because we wanted to eat so much but because of the attention and care of the guests). The waitress too is an excellent member of the staff. We also praised her straight away to the receptionist young lady. On our leave we also expressed our satisfaction to the receptionist young lady. One of the male staff members (Tadeusz) spoke Hungarian because he had spent some years in Hungary... It is a pleasant thing to meet someone who speaks your language in a foreign environment. To sum it up, Hotel Columbus is an excellent hotel with nice staff, excellent facilities to serve the comfort of the guests (a very good and modern lift operating in the building!!). We were very satisfied and can only recommend the hotel to other guests. Gerne wieder - as the Germans say (with pleasure again). 	Its location. In rainy weather the hotel seems to be a bit away from the centre.

friendly and helpful staff - would stay again

Could not have picked a better hotel to stay in on our trip. Everything was perfect. The room was in excellent condition and the staff were exremely helpful from the moment we arrived. 10 out of 10!
