clean and convinient hotel near old town, very nice stuff!

	The Internet connection wasn't working properly, which should be fixed and accelarated!

we loved the room, the staff was very polite and efficient, an the location is ideal.

	as i wrote above, we were very setisfed of everything we wanted. especially from the comfort room, which we didn't expected. thank you.
	why we can't pay in euro?

A NICE HOTEL WITH A GOOD PRICE. NICE LOCATION. IN CENTER BUT AT THE SAME TIME VERY PEACEFUL PLACE

It is a quite modern,clean and located very near from the town centre. The rooms are spacious and well-furnitured with many facilities such as fridge,small kitchen, good bathroom, etc,

Two of us stayed in a three bed third floor room - we like plenty of space - it was warm (our stay was in February when it was invariably 2/5 degrees below freezing outside) quiet, light and excellent in value and all other respects We would have been pleased to have a bath but showers seem to be the rage in hotel bathrooms these days The staff were VERY friendly and all spoke English in fact even in the countryside outside Krakow we had no problems in communicating with the locals We shall return to see more of Poland

We know better hotels in Cracow, even for a better price. But it did not hurt and the location is o.k. for everybody who visites this town the first time.
