We had a very nice stay. Just like we expected.

Quite nice hotel in the center of city, very close to the main square of Krakow.

Great location and so central just off main square. Old world type hotel but very well kept and serviced.Staff were excellent.

It was very difficult to complain but considering it is displayed as 5 star hotel, I would have anticipated a tea/coffe facility in the room, plus, and I know it sounds silly, a provision of signing out an umberella (it rained).

The staff were very flexible and courteous, without that 'over bearing' natre - no complaints at all. |

There nothing that I disliked....on the contrary I enjoyed the history attached to it. On a serous point the above comments stand, and they are only minor. |
