the shower was really dirty, full of toothpaste.

needs a lift fitting. but the staff where brilliant very polite & helpful, although we gave a 7 for location we chose it because we had already stayed near the old square before, will be back to Krakow soon as my son lives there.

• nice bright clean hotel with friendly staff we had more friends staying with us on different bookings so they had to contend with 8 rooms worth of people they coped very well & made sure all our needs where catered for.
• as i said earlier a lift for such a modern hotel. but would not stop me staying there again. one other thing was the hotel bar could do with staying open a bit longer put that down to early season but dont know also bar a bit pricey.

Again booking over internet gives only limited info. We wanted something in easy walking distance from Old / New Town which we got but realised only on arrival the appartments / rooms are above a bar. Probably fortunate it was out of season or could have been a problem. However the rooms were newly renovated, clean , modern and comfortable. The bar and restaurant were vibrant and lively and would appeal to younger groups. Staff were very helpfull.

• Breakfasts were excellent, the rooms very well appointed ( if polished floors, clean lines in creams and browns are your thing ) - we liked them.
• No lift or porterage. Located in very busy section of the city ( night time ). Noise from bars and clubs and from the bar downstairs was unexpected.

• Two things were not working well in the bathroom. Had to wait half an hour longer for our room than we should.

Perfect. ---- but, in mid-winter bring very warm clothes, gloves and hats that cover ears are essential, it can be a cold 10 minute walk to the town centre.

Hotel and staff were ovely - only one problem... the hotel was too hot! Heating was on in all the rooms and hallways and it was unbareably bot and dry and difficult to sleep. otherwise lovely hotel.

No problem with our stay really enjoyed it, great location , very pleasant and helpfull staff, rooms clean and spacious, one small fault was maybe no elevator but i'm sure if the hotel was informed that this could be a problem they would definately sort it , Over all first class.

The Hotel is located in a pretty center but also quite area. A couple of areas of improvement are: heating in the rooms - as it was very cold espeically in the morning. Room service not adequate: we asked to get Clean towels/sheets and room cleaned up but only received clean towels; We had to ask for additional toilet paper every day; we had to ask for complimentary tea bags and sugar every day. The staff was nice and helpfull and the restaurant used "avocado" for breakfast was very good with excellent customer service. TV channels covered most of the languages but no Italian channel for news updates.

• The hotel is located in a pretty centered area with a quite and relaxing surrounding.
• There is really nothing in particular that we did not like - but there is certainly room for improvement with the room service.

Very good, even if the dining-room was not finished.

• I would like to have a reciept on what I actually payed for the stay. Toiletpaper had to be asked for. Should be filled up every day.

Location is good, 15 mins walk to centre. Rooms are modern and clean but cold and unwelcoming. There is no lift and it's quite a treck to the top floor. The noise in the hall from doors and people going up and down the stairs makes for a very disturbed nights sleep. The booking was taken incorrectly which meant we had to find accommodation for a further night. The receptionist was surly and unhelpful.
