My husband and I have already completed the hotel feedback sheet before we checked out. Our major concern was that when we first arrived the hotel had no booking reservation for us. There had been a breakdown in communication between the online booking system and the hotel. This really spoilt our holiday as we were found rooms away from the couple we were travelling with (who had booked through a travel agent, and we were embarrassed to find we would need to pay a lot more to be on the 11 floor which we had requested in our original booking. This information had not been conveyed to us when we received online confirmation of the booking we made 6 mths or more in advance.
The concierge, both of them, went out of their way to be helpful. The shuttle bus was a great resource. |

Breakfast was a bit chaotic with a large crowd and we often found ourselves sitting very close to other people. The coffee was almost always cold. I asked for hot water and a green tea bag one morning and was told that would be an extra charge. Next morning I used the green tea bag from the room. |
