Quality Hotel Mastemyr

good hotel but could do with some upgrading ie bath as well as a shower ideal location for my purpose and only a short bus ride from the centre of oslo the hotel could do with a cashpoint as access to money was a bit of a problem

	the breakfast and standard of room

whenever arriving to Oslo again,I shall be staying at this hotel

Ok hotel for the price.

Nice hotel. The atmosphere was great and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms looked clean, but i guess the carpet and bed was full of dust since my allergi bursted out full effect. This hotel offers free ice-cream and popcorn in the lobby!!!

	Thefree ice-cream and popcorn!!! And of course the staff, they were great.
	Take the beds out for a beating!

I booked through internet but for some reason the booking could not be found by the person at the checkin desk. Rather than focussing on customer satisfaction your staff member made me feel like this was my fault. It took about 10 minutes to resolve. My satistfaction level did not improve when I saw the relatively small and "old" room. Not the level of Quality I have come to expect from Norwegian hotels.

	It is conveniently located and breakfast was good. Although the tables and chairs in the restaurant really need to be replaced with new items.
	Generally, everything is old and could do with a big overhaul/replacement action. You basically charge too much for what you offer.

It is a good hotel when travelling through Norway.

I AM HAPPY TO STAY HERE. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS HOTEL FOR LAST 10 YEARS WHEN I VISIT THIS AREA IN NORWAY.

	I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN CAR PARKING, CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN.
	VERY LIMITED CHOICE OF TV PROGRAM. WILL APPRECIATE IF MORE ENGLISH CHANNELS.
