Days Hotel Kilkenny

very nice stay ,as soon as we walked in the door the staff were very helpful and looked after us very well ,will definetly use this hotel again, thank you.

we spent two nights there and found the hotel was very clean and staff very helpfull. the guy at reception brian was very helpfull . food in resturant very good.the location of the hotel is a long walk to the town centre i feel a shuttle bus might be a good idea.

this is a really nice hotel and the staff are friendly ,rooms are a good size . the food was good ,the bar area is good and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Love to come here with my husband on a peaceful weekend away from our three children. No complaints. Would also consider staying during the summer months with our children.

	Fillet steak in the restaurant was a bit tough. Everything else was perfect.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I immediately felt I was being looked down on, in my opinio because of our age. We were also asked fpr payment upfront as if we were going to lave without paying. Although, the room was very nice and tidy the bed was impossible to sleep in. I had booked three nights but only stayed two due to sheer exhaustion, the bottles being flung from the bar to a bin outside our window and the joyriders outside. Also, when I explained all this to a male member of staff as the reasons for my early depature he seemed quite happy to hold on to the extra money for the room rather than complying to a guests needs. I will not be staying in any of the Days Inn hotels again and have given my opinion to family and friends.
