Too many guests wanting to checkout in time for early departure by shuttle bus to airport, too few hotel staff availible, should have been more.

I called from the airport about shuttle bus; was told 5:45pm, then it didn't show up. Called again and was told 6:15, this time it showed up. I asked for walking directions and not enough information was provided to walk.

Perfectly OK. The information about the location is misleading. Was about to start walking from the terminal which i do not recomend.

I was very safisfied with the hotel and staff, everybody was very helpfull and polite.

	Everything was to my liking, i had my wife with me and she was also very impressed with the hotel
	I only wish that there was better restaurant and that it was possible to by something on La carte, instead of Middle East casserolle

This hotel is good - the only thing that bothered me was the room was much too hot. We did not notice any airconditon - and that is not good - it was very hot during the night.... but other than that it was good.

All fine, rather quiet, yet nearby the airport with good shuttle service. You just forgot to fill the soap dispenser in the shower

Would rather think it was a 3-star than a 4-star Hotel

	The bar was okay
	There was a very unplesant smell
