Spa Hotel Thermal

the hole has a perfect location, big building and the potential to be the most attractive hotel in Karlov Vary, however it lacks almost many facilities to be a 4-star hotel let alone 5 star. From the lobby's furniture and floor to the decoration of reception and the lefts. The staff is under trained with the exception of front desk staff, specially at the resturant and houskeeping (these people are not friendly and act as if the were Government authrities).

Although my stay was satisfactory, initial impressions were not good due to the surly nature of the reception staff. There were no instructions on where to take breakfast except for "downstairs" with the result that we first of all entered the wrong restaurant and then ended up at tables which were reserved for tour groups although there was no indication.
