The lady reception that works on Tuesday 15, April, 2008, on 3:30 P.M. treated us very rude including speech and actions. She slammed the credit card on the table and exhaled loudly. Even if I can't speak English, she shouldn't act like this because we are her customer. Don't let this lady act like this to anyone that comes first time at the Grand Hotel Pupp.

i came to this hotel to celebrate my engagement and after watching the movie "last holiday" and i was very disappointed from the matress which i could feel every spring and more then that when i need something from the concier she was rude. the staff in the front desk talked their own language when i was there and caused me to feel uncomfortable. the funniest thing i paid for premier suite and i thought i will feel much much diffrent . the room itself was very beautiful and the view and also the grand restaurant.

My stay in the hotel was most pleasurable.I would have liked to have some English newspapers.I think some attention should be paid to insulation of some doors and windows.Otherwise we most enjoyed our stay.I will certainly recommend it to my friends.

we were pleased with the hospitality of the staff and all facilities are appropriate to the style and location of the place

We were very disapointed of our stay. 1. We had reservations for the Grand Hotel, but had to stay at the Park Hotel instead because it was overbooked. 2. At breakfast, we had to wait over 35 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, the room was full of cigaretsmoke and the staff did fill up the buffet, so we hardly got anything at all to eat that morning.

We got fantastic upgrade and had a beautiful large apartment. The food was very good, staff a bit cold
