Umay Hotel

It's very conveniently located from sites and tram stations. it's in a quaint little alley, clean, quiet and safe. could be more helpful if staffs are able to communicate better in english. Would be great if there can be different type of breakfast alternate days.

	free usage of internet, nice clean room. good shower.
	there's only 4 channels on TV.

We did not expect much from this hotel as it was one of the cheapest in the area, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it.

	One of the cleaning ladies kept making excuses to some into our room and asked us for baksheeh several times, even downstairs in the lobby. She made me feel a little uncomfortable.
