everything was rather nice, friendly staff, nice location, except for this strange problem with the glass,semi-transparent bathroom door.

Excellent quiet and convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious and wonderful views. Rooms quite spacious, bathrooms modern and beds very comfortable.

A **** stars hotel like a good ** stars hotel in Venice...

• The lady at the reception: professional, nice, kind and able to speak English, at least!
• The smell of rooms: surely there was been smokers in my room and that one of my friend, as everything smelled of cigarettes. Courtain wasn't clean and smell of old dust. Dust also on airconditioning system. Furnitures are too dark: not enough natural light in the rooms, poor artificial light. The reader of credit cards didn't work properly with four different kind of credit cards!

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The rates were very reasonable and the room was lovely and warm which was welcome as the weather was cold. I loved the room for breakfast as it had great views over the Bo

The hotel is very nice - new and very comfortable neaar to main touristic attractions.
