Excellent location, being close to places of interest, good restaurants and transport links. Very helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

	Unfortunate lack of storage space in our particular room (only wardrobe plus one drawer - limited for 2 people on a 9 night stay).

Excellent location, very very close to all historic sites.

Excellent! Highly recommended (but bring your own plug for the sink!). Staff all helpful but particular commendation to the front desk staff, who made every effort to overcome any minor problems and make our stay enjoyable. Location for the main sights couldn't be bettered.

Hotel did not believe that we got such a good rates for premium room. They decided to give us a first night a standard room without any comment. Next day I did have a chat with hotel manager and finally got it a premium quality room , booked on your web. You are kindly requested to contact a hotel and check the rates with hotel because first night hotel was reluctant to accept your web rates for premium room. Please check all this and come back to me with explanation. Thank you.

New, clean, excellent location and hotel service was reliable.
