A very good city-hotel in the old city of Istanbul.
- The location, the nice breakfast at the terrace, and the quiet room.
- It would be good to tell people that rooms in old city are small.

Merhaba Pleasant medium-sized hotel appears to have been recently renovated to good standards. Plenty of hot water. Clean well maintained bathrooms. Biggish, soft towels. Double beds comfortable and not too soft. Minibar with free water! Situated within walking distance of Topkapi and other major sites in the old city on a relatively quiet road - some tram noise but I slept easily. Breakfast buffet plentiful and tastey. View from 6th floor dining room OK - seethe storks nesting in the trees in Topkapi and the sea (just) Reception staff helpful and speaking good english.
- Friendly, clean, relaxed medium size.
- The breakfast orange juice maybe wasn't freshly squeezed.
