We enjoyed our time at your hotel. There were a few subjects that we would like to mention here in order to help your already excellent hospitality even more improved. 1- There were no allocated places to non-smokers. Non-smokers expect better facilities now days. 2- Rom service employees could keep it more quite during performing their duties not shouting “house keeping” very early in the morning and even middle of the night! We were very often wakened by them. 3- Your hotel must be more careful in letting the outsiders in and use the hotel facilities for example the spa. They may disturb the hotel guests and it could be a very unpleasant experience. 4- Many guests enjoy for sure Turkish music channel in their room. We really missed it. Turkish channels existing on TV were not as helpful. There was very little music and many guests are not Turkish speaking to enjoy the shows or other Turkish programs on those channels. • The breakfast was very good. Very rapid service. Employees with nice and good manners etc.

I made my check in at 5 pm, everything was nice, and during the check in I told them whether it is possible to check out around 3 pm next day. The answer was a definite "yes". Next day I left the hotel at 8 am and around 1 pm I had a phone call from the hotel telling me that I will be charged 40 euros for late check out. At around 3 pm I was in the hotel to check out, extra 40 euros was charged to my bill. When I asked for this mess, they gave me a man in the phone named as "Yavuz ..". Paying extra 40 euros might be acceptable and I paid that amount, but unpoliteness which disturbed me very much is not acceptable, I am sure that I'll never visit this hotel again.

• Staff serving at the restourants and bar were quite nice, service was good. Room was clean.
• Besides, my wife had forgotten her spectacles in the room, and they did not had any contact with us although they had our adress and phone numbers.

very confortable hotel with very spatious rooms and a very large indoor swimmingpool. location a little bit to far to city old center and nothing to do near the hotel.

• the swimmingpool and the spa center,witth hammam, jacuzzi closed late in the evening
• the dinner was not good at all with many mistakes in ordering and cooking; but the breafast was very complete and good.
