We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, who after we asked for their recommendations for a good fish restaurant, drove us there, and back to the hotel when we had finished! The hotel also had arranged a tour of Istanbul, which we thought was a brilliant introduction to this fabulous city.
