at >30 C the fans rented in a room just below the roof helped but air conditioning would raise the comfort rating.We would have liked a change of menu had we been staying for more than 3 nights

	the chef was excellent

I say generally OKAY (because it was a last minute booking) ,but in former times you have to finish the renevation.Generally I must say,you cannot compare it with tyrolioan hotels for exemple in equipment and room-rate.(I am not a Tyrolian).
