This hotel was excellent value for money. It was situated in a perfect position for walking around Ieper which is what our holiday was all about. It was clean and the staff were very helpful.

	The service when having a drink was good and it was very relaxing.
	The lighting on the stairs was dark in places.

I have been to Ieper a number of times, I found the accomidation is time to be of a very good standard, I would concider using the same Hotel again on my next visit, the location is excellent placed.

	Location, people, the food, I like the friendly atmospher, I had a very good stay at your Hotel.
	The parking I feel was limited, I did not know until the last day of my stay that the Hotel has parking !! a permit to park would be a good idear.

Our stay at the hotel was only one night but we found the staff very helpfull and the hotel and rooms to be very clean and tidy.

	We found car parking a slight problem

The location of the hotel was perfect for my purposes and it was easy to reach from the railway station. A central place to stay for a few days with friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable the Regina is obviously used to having English speaking visitors touring the battlefields and memorials and is ideally positioned for such a visit.

	Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of hot water, much needed afetr a days walking!

Staff were excellent and the hotel suited our purpose very well. Breakfast quality was different on each day, no consistency.

	Location and the freedom to come and go at will
	Hit and miss breakfast - especially the eggs as there was no explanation for guests how to cook them i.e. a notice or similar and staff were not available to explain. One day they had exploded because of no water in the machine. Some days there were yogurts and some not.
