Main reason for choosing Villa Nora Hvar: Reputation
Not suitable for those with mobility issues but that is true of the whole island. Very romantic. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were met at the church and led on foot to the hotel. Be prepared for the church bell ringing at 6 AM. We would recommend to any couple looking for a honeymoon hotel.
+++ Atmosphere. Great breakfast.
No arrangements for wake up calls, breakfast or early check out for guests going on ferry to Dubrovnik at 7:00 am, which is a main travel route from the island.

Main reason for choosing Villa Nora Hvar: Location
Well positioned hotel. Bedrooms were clean on arrival but except for making the bed the room did not appear to be cleaned. Fluff on bedside mats, dust on bedside cabinets - nice flowers on arrival but when leaves fell left on table. The bathroom towels were not folded or changed until going to speak with the personnel.

This small hotel is outstanding! There was not one thing we could fault, apart from the bad internet connection. The rooms are both large and nicely decorated, however the bathroom shower was like an object from space and quite difficult to operate. The breakfasts were great.
The friendliness of the staff and owner was second to none. The staff even provided us with breakfast at a very early time before our departure which we truly appreciated.
