Room clean and comfortable, staff pleasant and accomodating, especially as I required a gluten free diet. The breakfasts were great and unusual. The only lack was of food every evening, not necessarily a 3 course meal, but something light e.g. salads, jacket potato, cheese and biscuits.
As above. |

Without a car the walk to Holywood and back was a bit tiring at the end of the day. |

We booked here after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. The house is really nice, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast superb. All the staff we met were very polite and helpful. Could not fault anything and perfect for our needs (attending a wedding nearby). Very helpful in catering for our needs after check-out and also reuniting me with property left in the room - thanks!
There seems to be a genuine effort to take account of the needs of guests in a number of little ways which can make a difference. Far better than most supposedly high quality hotels manage. |
