Langstone Hotel

The hotel did not have a reservation for us when we arrived, with no record of any request from UK Bookings. This was potentially disastrous as not only was the hotel full of wedding guests but also fellow participants in the Goodwood Revival which was taking place that weekend. Fortunately, they did manage to find us a room. However the final bill quoted a previous resident's name and address (we share their surname) which led us to surmise that we only got the room because the hotel staff believed we had stayed there before! Rather startling carpet but otherwise all fresh and well-decorated. The hotel was very busy during our stay but there were plenty of waiting staff in the restaurant, all of whom were friendly, polite and helpful. Our dinner booking for the second night went astray but this was quickly resolved. Plenty of car parking.

	Went to the Goodwod Revival.
	We didn't particularly care for the way the wedding parties were in the bar with other residents; it became crowded and noisy.

We could not fault it, we had 'Room only' because we were attending a wedding in Northney. Booking system very satisfactory and would use again.

after staying at many hotels including several in london we have to say that the Langstone hotel was by far the best yet, the food and service were second to none and the rooms comfortable and welcoming.

We enjoyed our breif stay, and would certainly consider staying there again.

On the whole excellent.Only complaint there were no comfortable chairs to sit and read in, either in the sitting rooms or bedrooms.

	Friendly and very helpful

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Langstone, I attended a recent Event held in one of the function rooms and stayed that night. The meal was excellent and the room was value for money, my only criticisim would be that the breakfast pricesare much too high, which is why we opted for a room only basis.

WE enjoyed our stay with you very much everything was done quickly and with a smile we both were made to feel important to the staff
