Room was quite big and very clean, there was no disturbing noise, the lady at the reception was very nice and breakfast was delicious. On the other hand it was quite far away from the centre, but buses go around all day and night, so it wasn't really a problem.

Everything was totally ok.
It was easy to find. The staying was very familiar.
Unfortunately it didn't have a restaurant.
