The staff were pleasant and helpful , the rooms were clean and tidy and the meals were good.

	The shower units were in generally good order , however I did notice a traces of mould on the tile grouting in some areas of the shower.

High standards overall. Availability of Bistro an advantage, but reception should warn about need to book. Annoying repeat tape at breakfast - one single Sinatra track at least 8 times during breakfast, and still over PA at check-out nearly an hour later.

	Good quality fittings in the bedroom, and good to have mineral water free.
	Elderly TV sets with no teletext.

Everyone connected with the hotel acts in a very professional manner. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The hotel provides a homely, comfortable atmosphere.

	I have stayed at the hotel before and find it very relaxing. The staff are excellent.
