Vicinity to the local shops, bars and restaurant. I had a room on the top floor with a large bathroom.
Only one English news channel. No European TV stations other than Swedish. Standard breakfast with no highlights, not even on the weekend. Mediocre bread selection. Had to log in to the internet repeatedly. Slow/no respopnse to my remark that one elevator did not work. All electric sockets were standard European while modern hotels provide international sockets at least at the desk. No dedicated hotel parking. No direct access to the (public!) parking lot; had to walk around the hotel through a construction site next door. Room cleaning was not complete: no replacement of used items in the bath or coffee/tea the first and second day. Colleague had a small and dirty room.
