Not much!!
The room was like something out of a 1960's horror movie. it was dirty and too hot-you could not open a window to get some air and the lock was not secure on our door. the bathroom was disgusting and the shower just spat out the occasional bit of water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Nothing ,just leaving and getting away from the filth and smell of the the whole of the hotel.
The whole building ,staff and basic cleaness of everything in general.how does this hotel pass inspections ?.

The location is good, we arrived late that night, and find the hotel easily, the staff still working. the rooms and the washroom is very good.
The room is confortable and the staff is so nice,
The breakfast is not so good, my friend eat little.

The hotel was very good for a one night stay and is the first time I have stayed in a single room that had a single bed. The room was small and a bit dark with a dire view out the window but it was right next to the station in the centre of Glasgow and was clean with lovely helpful staff, a flat screen TV, tea and coffe in the room and very elegant decor in the dining room. Breakfast was very nice too. Travellodge prices (£45)but with class.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The view but that couldn't be helped.

Pictures on the website of the room nothing like the reality. Very disappointing. Mould in the bathroom and what looked like bloodstains on the bathroom wall, toilet loose, Stained curtains and carpet and nets at window were dirty. Half used toiletries in the bathroom and we had to set up and tune in the TV ourselves.
Staff were extremely polite and helpful

Carpets in stair to reception not clean and a bit worn. Quick and effective check in. Room mainly clean. Bed OK. Shower in bathroom could have benefites from som extra attention to deatils around shower stand. Missing shelf under mirror in bathroom. A bit too much noice to be heard from the streets, probably due to the fact that the windows didn't close tightly. Breakfast was eccelent :-)
