The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is plenty with choice. Location is very close to the Sauchiehall Street and still on a quiet street. The shower was recently renovated.
The walls are very thin so if there are noisy guests, you do hear this.

We stood at the hotel the night I booked through you and then we spent two more nights there on the way back. The first room was ok, nice and clean. The double rooms we had on the way back were definetely under normal standard. As much that I've come back home with my my forearms complitely covered with some unknown insect's bites that itches very much. I'm under antibiotics/cortison/antistaminics therapy.....

Very nice hotel and good position. Staff extremely helpful. Room comfortable and very clean.

restaurants close by.

Very disappointed.. not very clean ... our room carpet hadnt been hoovered, room shabby... not a place to be impressed with unfortunately ....
The location seemed to be the best part, but not having been to Glasgow before, there was nothing to compare it to

What a wonderful place to stay, as a touring musician I spend a lot of time in hotels, when I'm in Glasgow next I hope to stay again. Clean comfortable after a night out and the owner and his family are lovely! Hope to be back soon.

Shocking - arrived down for breakfast at 9.10 to be told I was too late. Pointed out that breakfast was till quarter past but still only got coffee and toast. Got a knock on the door from a cleaner telling me "you better hurry up and get out" at 10.15. Shocking

All the stairs are off putting especially with luggage. Only had 2 little thin pillows, had to trail downstairs to ask for more and also for towels as we had none in the room. Was also very noisy in the room overlooking the street as about 4 doors up is a students union selling pints/vodka & coke for .99p........... Didnt like going down into the basement for breakfast either. Not great value for money and I definately would not stay there again - thought it very run down and shabby.

Staff were very fiendly and helpfull thank you for finding this hotel for me. The location is very good because I jo?ned the conference at Caledonian University.
The behaviour of the staff were nice.
