Incredible room, great bed, great view. Wine in the room was lovely. Perfect location. Awesomely surprised. |

Vacume left out by the elevator, an old napkin left out on the elevator never picked up by staff. But good helpful people working. Probably just need someone to do the once look-over periodically |

The bar and lounge decor was very stylish and comfortable and retro but to continue ehe theme into the corridors and besrooms was a bit over the top. the wallpaper was too garish and gave the impression that it needeed a good overhall.The bedroom co;urs were loud NS BOLD FOR SIZE.

Beautiful boutique style hotel! Very comfortable, extremely stylish and refurbished to a very high standard. Staff very friendly.We ordered room service breakfast, food was fantastic bang on time hot and served beautifully!! All round fabulous value for money!! Would go back in a minute!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now I think and this would be 4 but was fully booked last time we tried to come to Glasgow would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family and indeed have done

Marks is in a very convenient location for the first-time visitor to Glasgow from overseas (without a car) Handy to the bus to and from the airport, we found churches, shops, architectural interests, music, restaurants, lively pubs and movies all within easy walking distance. Not to mention Marks and Spencers! The front desk staff were lively and keen - a big help to us, having just arrived from Canada.
