Glasgow City Charing Cross Premier Inn

The hotel is in an excellent location for all that we wanted to do, with easy access to all major attractions. It was a huge advantage to be so close to and to be so easy to get to and from the M8 motorway. The hotel appeared to be spotlessly clean, particularly our bedroom, which was comfortable and functional. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, particularly the girls on reception. The breakfast was extremely good value for money.

	More accurate information could have been given regarding car parking. It would have been useful to know that overnight parking is available in a multi-storey car park adjacent to the hotel

An excellent stay - the bed is truly the most comfortable I've stayed in! but was disappointed with lukewarm shower in morning

Good standard of budget accommodation in a great location.

The room was comfortable and we appreciated the cleaniness. We will definitely use Premier Inn in the future. During our stay in Scotland we stayed 90% in Travelodge which was a disappointment and Premier Inn restored our faith again.

	We were received in a friendly manner and my son of 7 years were very impressed with the activity pack he was given.
	The service in the restaurant wasn't up to standard. We had to wait quite a while for our food.

Excellent, comfortable, convenient, friendly, helpful staff. The massive bed was luxurous and very welcome after a late night. we'll definitely come back and will recommend this hotel. Our only, very minor, criticism is that we think a calling/visual system for matching guests to taxis ordered by staff would help. Our cabbie was sent away by the staff member who'd ordered it for us even though we were standing right in front of her.

The service of the hotel is the worste I ever know. I was called from abroad for urgent family problems and nobody was answering at the reception. I asked for 3 days to set my TV and nobody never came. It is not an Hotel but a good hostel. People at the reception are very unkind with absolutely no professionalism
