Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central

We enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable. Staff helpful with the washer/dryer. Good location. Value for Money rated lower becuase our credit card was charged for incidentals. We were told it would be temporary hold only for 24 hours after we checked out. Unfortunately the charge was put through the same day we checked out. This has not been corrected yet and it has been over 4 weeks. Very upset about it and difficult to contact directly.
