For the price the room was adequate and clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable and the television didn't have any signal. Had the bed's been a little better I'd definately stay there again.

Functional and cheap. Area a bit rough. Only booked due to lack of availablity elsewhere. Great breakfast at Jaconelli's nearby on Maryhill Road.

Excellent, good quality room and approachable and friendly staff. Bathroom/shower a bit small and cramped, but workable and most importantly, clean.

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend 18th/21st April, overall a good experience. Hard to find at first but once we were there and got our bearings the location was really good. Staff very helpful on directing us to different places. Although we didn't use them, amenities in the kitchen were excellent. Not the biggest or most comfortable of rooms, but for the price you pay, it was perfectly clean and functional.
There's nothing I didn't like to be honest. (Once we found the place) |

Although the room was quite basic, it was clean, and very convenient for us as we came up to Glasgow to watch a game of rugby and the stadium was next door to us

There was a teething problem with the fire alarm, which had us evacuate at 6am - there wasn't a member of staff on hand to tell us this or let us know when it was safe to return to the building. There was also the ongoing bang of the kitchen door which was very frustrating. The cleaners came around 9:30am every morning and that was also loud. Soundproofing might be an idea.
The place was very clean, it was only 1 bus into town and the price was cheap. |

The staff are lovely but did not realise the hotel was actual student accomodation and didnt really like it. The room was too basic and didnt like the area BUT IT WAS GOOD VALUE AND THE STAFF WERE very helpful.

This hotel is simple but very correct for the price . Everything what is necessary is in the room ( TV, shower, WC , ) and you find a kitchen at each floor . The rooms are small , so I would not recommanded it for a long stay but for a short stay of few days, it's nice .
Nobody cleans your room every day . You have to make it by yourself |

If your looking for a cheap reasonable place to stay in Glasgow, this is it. The rooms and facilities are adequate. The only problem we had was that some of the other guests where noisy. But thats down to inconsiderate guests not the hotel. The reception is not staffed 24 hours so you might want to take this into account. If your a snob (or pretend snob), Beersbridge is not for you. We will probably stay again when we next visit our daughter in Glasgow
Cheap and cheerfull |
