The dinner arrangement in the restaurant and the service that evening (Sunday evening, September 27, 2009 around 20.30 hrs) was below every possible standard & previous experiences ! The staff was not interested to serve the guests, cutlery was simply dumped onto the table, had to ask to get wine, had to ask to get bread rolls and nobody was ever interested whether or not I would like to have a desert ! So after having waited for exactly half an hour where nobody of the staff took even any interest in asking and/or passing by, I decided to leave, got my cheque which was already printed out and told the staff and manager in charge about the extremely poor service ! There was no response, no appology and/or any reaction from the staff, which amazed me ! Have eaten many times in this restaurant once we were living in Overijse and always enjoyed it very much In fact, I wanted to start to use the hotel now for when I am over from St Remy de Provence and have to do things in either Belgium or The Netherlands, but are in serious doubt now ! So what would the management recommend me to do in future ?
