our 3 night break was a delight, the hotel is very convenient for all the attractions and restaurants. Our spacious room looked out onto the garden and was very quiet.

The hotel is in a lovely location, very close to a lovely stretch of canal, with lots of interesting buildings and shops nearby. The building is fantastic. We had a huge room (a step up from cheapest), the only drawback was very inadequate lighting, making it difficult to read. The man who met us on arrival was friendly, but the young woman who served at breakfast needed to go back to charm school ...
